How to ask Slim(As a Player) To Change icon if it is bad, laggy, etc.

I Slim will be Making most of the New icons you see so if you see problems/lagginess of the Awesomeness they Emit please dont be afraid to tell me I take well to critism. ( Just dont be like DUDE YOU FUCKING SUCK!!!) Best way to approach it is " Slim the icon is to big,Small,Fast,Slow,Doesnt look good, etc. If you approach me in a respectful manner I will have no problem Changing it if the Owner( Dante ) Allows.
